Eileen is the Lead Buyer Agent for Team Cathell. Eileen works with all buyers and buyer agents through the process of purchasing. Eileen is there every step of the way from initial interview, preapproval, setting criteria, property search, offer preparations, negotiations, ratification, inspection and settlement.
Before joining Team Cathell, Eileen was a Keller Williams Agent for 7 years and the Founder, President, and CEO of Colonial Mortgage and Loan Corp for 30 years in New Orleans before Hurricane Katrina. Prior to being a Mortgage Banker, Eileen was a practicing occupational therapist and teacher at LSU Medical School. Eileen was educated at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. With over 13 years in the real estate business, Tim Anderson is the Team Manager and main point of contact for Team Cathell. Tim joined Team Cathell in 2012, and specifically focuses on transaction coordination. Tim is willing and able to help you with any questions you may have. Before entering the real estate business, Tim received his B.A. at Boston University.
Outside the office, Tim is an avid golfer with a single digit handicap. Besides spending time on the greens, you can find Tim cheering on his Boston sports teams. |

Monica Gibson is the Listing Specialist for Team Cathell. Monica handles all prelisting preparations including staging and scheduling professional photographers in order to prepare all marketing materials. Monica has been in the real estate business for 11 years, and has been a part of Team Cathell for 4 years. Before entering the real estate business, Monica received her Bachelors and Masters in Accounting at the University of Florida, and her MBA at University of Chicago.
Outside of the office, Monica enjoys participating in Yoga and Pilates. She also enjoys leisure reading and the occasional wine tasting. |

Pam Sachs is a Buyer Agent for Team Cathell and has been in the industry for 5 years. Pam diligently works with people to help them find their dream home. She enjoys helping first time home buyers learn the ropes of the real estate market as well as showing relocation clients around the area to find just the right location for their needs. Before joining the team, Pam graduated from George Mason University with a B.A. in Graphic Design and a Minor in Business Management.
Outside the office, Pam enjoys playing with her dogs or spending time in the kitchen cooking new dishes. The biggest joy of Pam’s life is her daughter Samantha. |

Twingo is a buyer specialist for Team Cathell and is a long-time Arlington resident. Having grown up and gone to school in Arlington, he is intimately familiar with what the area has to offer and is committed to finding buyers exactly what they’re looking for. Twingo assists clients with every stage of the home-buying process – from helping them assess their goals to finalizing the purchase. After studying business at Christopher Newport University, he got his real estate license in 2006 and joined Team Cathell. Twingo has also worked in property management in Arlington for 10+ years.
He is fluent in Spanish and Arabic. When he’s not at work, you’re likely to find Twingo outdoors taking part in one of his many hobbies, which include mountain biking, snowboarding, kite surfing, and scuba diving. |

As the Marketing Director, Nicole Dillon creates and coordinates all marketing for business growth including social media and managing the team’s website. She also assists in preparing marketing materials for all listings. Before joining Team Cathell, Nicole was a Media Studies major at The Catholic University of America.
Outside the office, you can find Nicole in the kitchen cooking or crafting. Nicole also enjoys listening to country music and spending time outdoors. |
